3 local councillors.
The Sports Development office and community learning are also
represented.
Caithness & Sutherland Enterprise (the local enterprise company, part of the
Highlands & Islands Enterprise network) have one representative.
There is a representative of both secondary and primary schools sports.
Voluntary organisations are represented by Caithness Voluntary Group.
The sports clubs are represented by grouping them into 4 cognate groups:
Outdoor, Indoor, water-based and leisure & recreation. Each cognate group has
up to 4 representatives. There is also a junior representative and a disabled
